A non-profit, Haikyuu!! cupsleeve event featuring the captains of Karasuno, Aoba Johsai, Nekoma, Fukurodani, Shiratorizawa, and Inarizaki, on a summer getaway with none other than YOU.
A non-profit cupsleeve event that celebrates the joy of sipping cocktails and lounging by the beach on a hot summer's day with the captains of Haikyuu specifically: Karasuno's Sawamura Daichi, Aoba Johsai's Oikawa Tooru, Nekoma's Kuroo Tetsuro, Fukurodani's Bokuto Kotaro, Shiratorizawa's Ushijima Wakatoshi, and Inarizaki's Kita Shinsuke.Note from the team:
The works under this event will feature suggestive themes. Despite the contents not being Not Safe For Work (NSFW), consumer discretion is still advised.
The event will be providing two (2) sets of cupsleeve kits: (a) Full Kit; and (b) Half Kit. Both may be availed during the event and mail-order periods.Cupsleeve Kit Contents:

There will be no program. However, participants in claiming their kits are invited to stay and hang out with the moderators as well as participate in some activities (e.g. raffle, photobooth, gacha station) while having their meal.
Contributor Guidelines
General Guidelines:- All contributors are required to have Discord/Telegram as it will be our main mode of communication.
- Make sure all links (for check-ins and final submissions) submitted are accessible.
- When submitting a Google Drive file/folder, kindly make sure that the “Anyone with the link can view” option in the Share settings is ticked.
- All pieces submitted must be an original piece. Strictly no copied/traced works are allowed.
- Contributors retain the rights to their respective works and may re-distribute or sell them when this project concludes. We strongly request that if you sell the artwork, it should be a different form or type of merch than the one assigned to you during the project.
- The moderators reserve the right to change the guidelines for circumstances in furtherance of the event’s success.As to Sharing:
- Sharing any unauthorized content on social media is prohibited.
- Unauthorized sharing may mean any of the following:
> Posting WIPs that show more than 25% of the total art size
> Posting completed artwork for the celebration prior to June 24.
> Posting a co-contributors’ piece
> Posting that does not comply with the promotional format set by the team.As to Contributors’ Compensation:
- As this is a non-profit event, the moderators cannot provide monetary compensation to contributors. Instead, one (1) full cupsleeve kit will be given to each artist. For artists who could not claim their respective kits, it will be sent by the team exclusive of the local shipping fee.
- For commissioned artists, compensation is based on the rates at the time the commission was agreed upon by the team and the artist.
